New York Maria Sharapova announced her retirement from tennis at the age of 32.Five times the Grand Slam has been named as one of the leading and richest players of the 21st Century. He defeated tennis legend Serena Williams at Wimbledon in 2004 at the age of just 17, after which he became the center of world attention, along with sports fans.In his career, Sharapova has had some of the highest paid female players in tennis for 11 years, despite having problems with the ankles. After experiencing several career issues, Sharapova decided to call the game good on Wednesday due to a shoulder injury.
