Incomplete and uncontrolled sleep increases the risk of heart diseases

WASHINGTON: After a five-year study, physicians have discovered that older people who do not get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day or who have no specific sleep time will be exposed to various heart diseases. The risk is even higher than others. The study, conducted under the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, a subsidiary of the US National Institutes of Health, continued for five years, with adults aged 45 to 84 years. There were participants who had no heart disease at the time of the study.Initially, the smart band was bandaged on their wrists for seven days, collecting information about the hours, periods and routines they woke up to, while their routine was monitored periodically over the next five years. ۔During this time, 111 people from the study participated in various cardiovascular diseases, including heart attack and stroke besides heart failure. It came as a special observation that in those whose sleep was most affected, a double-digit and stronger likelihood of heart disease was observed compared to those who slept for 7 to 8 hours daily. The regularity of waking up in gold means that there is no fixed bedtime nor waking. That is, someday they got up early to sleep late, sometimes slept in the day, slept some day and enjoyed the rabbit for hours. In the past, sleep and insomnia have been directly linked to concerns such as obesity, diabetes and heart disease. However, the above mentioned studies are concerned with regular sleep patterns. In the light of this study, the suggestion would be to make sure that if you want to keep your health healthy as you grow older, set a bedtime routine along with other practical measures and get 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily.
